Our food technologists work with food manufacturing customers NPD teams to develop, trial and supply solutions to improve taste, texture, functionality, consistency, shelf-life and quality while seeking at all times, where possible to achieve specific nutritional requirements and clean labelling.

Markets include ready made meals, sandwiches, desserts, pasta dishes, sauces, hand held snacks, confectionary & bakery, soups, salads, smoothies, dips and dressings
