| Green Pastures Donegal Ltd. is a fast growing privately owned dairy company. Its core business is export driven and its key products are; soft cheese, liquid cheese and cultured products. Based in Donegal, an experienced Production Supervisor is required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The successful applicant: |

Will be required to lead a small team to produce all products within agreed customer specification and to ensure that the product and facility complies with all legal & customer requirements.
Train and develop the team to ensure achievement of the sites objectives and future development plans are achieved.
Deliver continuous improvement of the manufacturing process ensuring continued and increased efficiency.
Ensure that the Company’s Health & Safety procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times. |
| Will have a third level Food Science degree and relevant experience in a fast moving food production environment. |
