Based in Ireland, you will be part of an R&D team conducting formulation and industrialisation tests in the area of soft cheese, liquid cheese and formulated products.
  • Formulation of new product recipes
  • Conducting industrialisation tests
  • Analysing quality issues and presenting technical continuous improvement solutions for products
  • Training, motivation and evaluation of key production personnel
  • Advising and sharing expertise with quality and production teams
  • A relevant qualification in Food Technology or Biotechnology
  • 2 to 5 years applied R&D experience in soft cheese/processed cheese
  • Good technical knowledge of dairy and cheese technology
  • You will be professionally driven, self reliant, curious in nature, practical, organised, have well developed analytical qualities, be a good communicator and net worker. (Research Institutions/Universities/Fellow Technologists)
  • You will also have an ability to manage research projects on cheese technology and fermented milk products through institutional partners.
