| Based in Ireland, you will be part of an R&D team conducting formulation and industrialisation tests in the area of soft cheese, liquid cheese and formulated products. |

Formulation of new product recipes
Conducting industrialisation tests
Analysing quality issues and presenting technical continuous improvement solutions for products
Training, motivation and evaluation of key production personnel
Advising and sharing expertise with quality and production teams |
| A relevant qualification in Food Technology or Biotechnology
2 to 5 years applied R&D experience in soft cheese/processed cheese
Good technical knowledge of dairy and cheese technology
You will be professionally driven, self reliant, curious in nature, practical, organised, have well developed analytical qualities, be a good communicator and net worker. (Research Institutions/Universities/Fellow Technologists)
You will also have an ability to manage research projects on cheese technology and fermented milk products through institutional partners. |
